As part of MBA’s leadership team, Erik brings over three decades of experience in public practice and executive business coaching. For the first 26 years of his professional career, he provided accounting, tax and business advice to over 1,000 business owners. During this time, what became clear to him was that the traditional CPA model didn’t properly serve his business owner clients nor the accounting profession itself.
In 2015, after selling his first accounting firm, he created an executive coaching program called The Accountant Success Formula, allowing CPA firms to update their business model. Peter embraced this model and had such great success with it that he asked Erik to join him in bringing the MBA model nationwide.
